Foundations of Functional Strength
An overview of what "functional" means in a training context and how it differs from performance-based strength work.
The webinar series is the live counterpart to the course catalog. Each session focuses on a single area of functional movement, walks through the underlying reasoning, and leaves time for open discussion. Sessions are recorded, so timing does not need to be exact for someone to take part in the material.
Every session opens with a short explanation of the movement pattern being discussed, followed by a walkthrough of common variations people encounter in daily life. Toward the end, there is space for questions from anyone attending.
Because this is educational content rather than coaching, sessions do not include individualized feedback on a participant's technique, and they do not promise a particular outcome from attendance.
